Shipping

We process all orders within 1–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to make an update, please contact us at contact@gonatrl.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery in exchange for store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • All original tags must be attached

To start a return, please contact us at contact@gonatrl.com with your order number.

A $8 Fee Is Required For All Returns

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, subject to availability.

A $16 Fee Is Required For All Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags

Refunds

We only offer exchanges and store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@gonatrl.com with your order number and photos.

We will make it right.
